  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging and securely seal the box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and use the provided tracking link to monitor your refund status.
